The minimum age is 20 years, even if you come to the festival accompanied by your parents, you cannot go below this age limit. No entry under 20 years.

The journey to and from the Horse Park Festival within the Zürcher Verkehrsverbund ZVV (public transport of canton zurich) is included in the ticket price! This way you can get to our rave and back in a totally uncomplicated and relaxed way. Take the train to Dielsdorf station and then walk for about 10 minutes to the festival area (the way is marked).

Depending on availability, there will be a box office. However, we recommend to buy tickets in advance via Ticketcorner.

No drinks or food may be brought along. There will be a wide range of drinks and street food available at the festival.

Camping or spending the night on the whole area of the horse race track in Dielsdorf is strictly prohibited

At the Terrazzza - Horse Park Festival cashless payment will be accepted at all bars, food and market stalls. All major credit/debit cards as well as Postfinance and TWINT will be accepted.

There are enough extra trains DIRECTLY FROM DIELSDORF via Oerlikon / Hardbrücke to Zürich HB, see SBB timetable via sbb.ch or SBB App

We will provide ear protection on site at the information booth and at the bars.

Please have your ID and ticket ready. All visitors will be checked at the entrance. Backpacks and bags are allowed (max 60cm x 30cm). Prohibited items (see below) cannot be taken on site.

The lockers of schlüssfach.ch are located directly at the main entrance. These can be used either for a fee of CHF 5 per locker or a daily flat rate. At booking.safecube.io you can book and pay for your Cashfree locker before the festival. Lock up your personal valuables like car/apartment keys, ID cards, credit cards, backpacks, motorcycle helmets etc. and enjoy the festival. If you lose your locker key or have any other question/problem regarding your locker, there is an emergency number on the lockers or you can contact our on-site helpers.

Lost and found items can be dropped off or picked up at the Information/Lost-And-Found booth. After the festival, lost items can be requested lostandfound@terrazzza.com

As every year, a highly professional medical team on site, with doctors and nurses, who will take care of your health concerns for the entire duration of the festival, if necessary.

It is One-Way. Re-entry to the festival is not allowed.

Prohibited items will not be stored by us and are not allowed bring onto the venue. Whoever is in possession of a prohibited item must dispose it, otherwise entry to the festival area will be prohibited. These are the following items and all items which we classify as dangerous:Glass, deodorant sprays, perfume in glass containers, parasols and umbrellas as well as (flag) poles, all firearms, spray weapons, stabbing weapons, percussion weapons and cutting weapons as well as other items classified as dangerous, in particular also pocket knives (bag knives), nitrous oxide containers, cameras with digital or analog SLR cameras with/without interchangeable lenses, film and video cameras as well as audio recording devices, selfie and GoPro sticks, etc. Drones and other airworthy devices, with or without cameras, rollerblades, skateboards and kickboards, roller skates, bicycles, strollers, pyrotechnics, petards, dry ice, household items, sofas, etc.

As every year, the festival will be monitored around the clock in all areas by a very experienced and certified Swiss security company on site. There are very strict access controls for the entrance to the festival area and no kind of violence or discrimination will be tolerated at the Terrazzza - Horse Park Festival. You can contact our security staff with all your concerns at any time.

We recommend that you only buy tickets from the official ticket agency Ticketcorner.ch or its fan-to-fan platform fansale.ch. On fansale.ch, ticket buyers can safely resell their tickets that are no longer needed. The following platforms are not official advance booking offices, but resellers or exchange platforms: Alltickets, Viagogo, Worldticketshop, Vienna Ticketoffice, Ticketbande, Ebay, Riccardo, Onlineticket. We strongly advise against purchasing tickets on these platforms.

The Terrazzza - Horse Park Festival will take place in any weather, both dancefloors are covered and weatherproof, also in the outdoor area there are numerous covered places to stay.
